We're looking for an Operations superstar to sit at the center of our business, keep things running smoothly, and help us meet some ambitious goals.
The Role
This is a broad, high-trust role. You'll own the operational infrastructure of the business: finance admin, legal coordination, HR, payroll, cap table management, and the day-to-day rhythm that underpins everything.
You'll work closely with our Head of Commercial & Operations as well as the broader commercial and product teams, providing the operational support that keeps the team aligned while allowing them to move quickly.

This role will have an impact on and insight into every aspect of the business, and will suit someone eager to enhance their skills across the fundamentals of business building and operating.
What you'll do
- Manage the operating rhythm that lets everyone do their best work - the right tools, clear cadence, well-run meetings, and processes that scale. You’ll be the reason our leadership has headspace to think, and our team has clarity to move.
- Make people operations work well - from hiring coordination and onboarding through to HR documentation and offboarding. You’ll own running a smooth and positive process for candidates and new hires, so the experience reflects the company we are.
- Own our financial operations - sit across all financial operations and reporting, keeping the leadership and the board well-informed. You’ll make sure the numbers are always in good shape, and nothing slips.
- Build a smooth legal process - coordinating reviews, managing documentation, funding documentation, and supporting the entire legal process. Depending on experience, you’ll lean into owning our legal work from end-to-end.
- Manage our cap table and investor relations - owning our management of equity, options, investor queries - maintaining accurate records, supporting option grants, and preparing materials for board and investor reporting.
What success looks like
In your first 6–12 months you will:
- Have taken ownership of finance, HR, and legal admin and operations with minimal oversight needed
- Be the go-to person for operational questions across the business
- Have built or improved processes that mean things don't fall through the cracks
- Be trusted with sensitive information and handle it with discretion
- Have freed up meaningful time for senior leadership to focus on strategy and commercial growth
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years experience in an operations, EA, business management, or chief of staff role
- Experience handling finance admin, legal coordination, and/or HR - you don't need to be a specialist, but should have some experience in these areas
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through - you don't let things drop
- Discretion and good judgment with sensitive information
- A proactive, self-directed approach - you see what needs doing and get on with it
- Clear communication and the ability to work with senior stakeholders and external advisors
Nice to have:
- Experience with cap table management tools (e.g. Carta, Vestd, or similar)
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with funding round processes and investor documentation
The right candidate will be:

- Excited about working in a mission-driven business at a critical stage
